Majolini is located in Ome, a unique place in Franciacorta, placed on the Northeastern border of Franciacorta and characterized by a hilly conformation. The planted area, including the municipalities of Ome, Monticelli Brusati, Gussago, and Rodengo Saiano, extends for 22 hectares and is planted with Chardonnay and Pinot Nero for the production of Franciacorta, and with Cabernet and Merlot for the production of Curtefranca.
Cantina Majolini celebrates this year the thirtieth anniversary of its foundation: born thanks to the passion that Valentino Maiolini had towards the world of the Brescian industry, and thanks to his tie with the territory, also testified by the name of the grape majolina (recently recognized as an indigenous variety), the winery was refounded in 1981 by Ezio, the youngest of his four sons.
Cantina Majolini has set up and maintains in its activity an approach made of strong values, declined in a reflection of social responsibility in its production process (it was the first to join the Ita.Ca® project of monitoring the environmental impact), and in the care of the correspondence between wine and territory.
The attention to the quality is the perspective from which Majolini receives in its spaces the artworks of great masters, whose beauty is in harmony with a job made with passion, and contributes to create the warm and hospitable atmosphere in which customers and visitors are welcomed.
