From our winery comes BETELLA, a wine according to the principles of the classic method, unique because it is worked in purity. After years of rest in bottle, during the "degorgement”, our Franciacorta is worked with the same wine in purity. A wine we further enhanced with a very low quantity of sugar.

Merum Brut: Its peculiarity of 100% Chardonnay grapes results in a pale straw color, a fine and lasting perlage and a dry, definite and natural taste. The Merum Brut rests in the cellar 24 months. Alcoholic strenght by volume: 12,5 % vol
Adamantis Satèn: Its delicate taste comes from 100% Chardonnay grapes and its peculiar creaminess comes from a controlled and lower pressure in the bottle. The Adamantis Satèn rests in the cellar 30 months. Alcoholic strenght by volume: 12,5 % vol
Rosé Ardì: A unique blend 100% Pinot noir gives a particular deep pink color and an elegant taste. The Rosé Ardì rests in the cellar 30 months. Alcoholic strenght by volume: 12,5 % vol
Betella Millesimati wines: Definite 85% Chardonnay grapes and 15% Pinot noir grapes give us a structured aroma and a substantial flavor, enclosed in a fine golden color. Our Millesimati wines rest in the cellar 36 months. Alcoholic strenght by volume: 12,5 % vol

A little vineyard closed in the heart of our property and a precious vineyard placed in the hills of a natural park, cured with ancient natural processes by renowned professionals of the sector. Ancient traditions and a very limited production per hectare of sublime craftmade quality, live together with the modernity of the design, of the italian design style, combining to the story also a new way to see, to live and drink wine.
