Took over a winery operating for nearly three decades, young engineers Assogesta, Alberto Simone Masina Foresti and have worked, but in strict compliance with the specification of production of Franciacorta, a constant renewal.
Assogesta now only produces bubbles by the classical method, the Franciacorta DOCG Brut in the types and Satèn:
The first, "Preface", is made with 100% Chardonnay grapes, as well as the "Capriccio" (Satèn), however, that matures to 30% in French oak barrels. The company currently processes about 3 hectares of terraced vineyards on the hills of Gussago giving a production of approximately 30,000 bottles.
The winery can be visited and the wines can be tasted (by appointment only) in the canonical hours of work.
